By visiting the Orions Jewel website (“Site”),, you are accepting and consenting to be bound by the Terms of Use provided herein, as well as the Privacy Policy. Orion Jewels, a company incorporated under the laws of United States of America whose registered office is 1754 Technology Dr, San Jose, CA 95110, USA.


We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or modify the Terms of Use at any time by posting such new terms on the Site. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting with the date of the most recent revisions appearing at the bottom of this page, so check back often. We encourage you to review these Terms of Use whenever you use the Site. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services will constitute your binding acceptance of this Agreement, as amended from time to time.


Users may register on the Website to become Members prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website. Guest checkouts will be provided with a user account on completion of purchase.

To register onto the Website, the User will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited to name, e-mail, contact number, contact address, and customer verification question (example: your mother's maiden name), which will be used for verification purposes.

Registration is only a one-time process and if the Member has previously registered, he/ she shall log in/ sign into his/ her account.


Before adding an item to the shopping cart, the Buyer has an option to customize a particular item like gold purity, Ring size, Diamond purity, and color.

For Solitaire products & for loose diamonds, the buyer has an option of selecting diamonds from a wide range based on the lab by which it’s certified and various other parameters based on their budget.

After adding an item to the cart buyer may either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.

Checkout involves 4 simple steps: Billing address, Shipping address, Payment, and Order Confirmation.

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but rather a recognition that we have received your requested order.

Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the merchandise and that ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Although we make every effort to feature in-stock pieces in our boutique, occasionally we may sell out of featured items. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.

Once the order has been placed, we reserve the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or we do not have the item in stock.

Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other clients. You may choose to register your email address to the waiting list for notification of arrival of a selected piece.


We currently accept payments through Paypal & PayU Money Only. In filling out the payment requirements, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the credit/debit card rejects authorization of payment to ORION JEWELS, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.


Orion JEWELS does not charge GST for orders delivered anywhere around the world, with the exception of deliveries within INDIA, in which applicable GST will be added to the order amount.
